Furthermore, by doing so, you agree to electronic communication with the Merchant for all your exchanges and acknowledge that such communication meets all the requirements of written communication.
We reserve the complete discretion to refuse to serve you, cancel an order, close your account, delete or modify the content of the Site, or cancel an order, whether or not you have complied with these Terms and Conditions.

The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults. If you have not reached the age of majority in your place of residence, which is 18 years in Quebec, you can only place an online order with the involvement of your parents or legal guardians.
Accuracy of Information We make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this fact. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an inaccurate description or price. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian currency.
The products offered on our Site, as well as the dates of offers, prices, and availability, features, and technical specifications of these products are subject to review and change without notice. It is possible that a product ordered online may no longer be available in our inventory or cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund any payments made, if applicable.

It is prohibited to impersonate other individuals, hide your identity, or make illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or privacy-invading statements or infringe on the intellectual property of others, or engage in chain letters, spam, or junk mail.
We reserve the right, without obligation, to modify or remove comments without explanation, and we assume no responsibility for the systematic review of published statements.
When you post a comment, you grant the Merchant the non-exclusive right to use the name and content published, royalty-free, in perpetuity and irrevocably, to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, represent, translate, broadcast, communicate to the public, and display it worldwide and on all media.
We request that you only post one review per product unless you wish to provide new information. You agree to only comment on products you have personally tried while maintaining a respectful tone at all times. It is prohibited for employees and competitors of distributors and manufacturers to post comments.
Applicable Laws These terms are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada that apply to it. In addition, any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the city of St-Jérome is located.
Order Errors If you believe that an error has occurred when placing an order, we invite you to notify us without delay but no later than 48 hours after its discovery by sending us a message to the following address: inoxexpress@outlook.com, providing sufficiently detailed information about the error that has occurred.
Delivery and Returns Unless you have chosen a specific carrier and delivery time during the transaction for which additional fees may apply, the mode of delivery and the name of the carrier will be determined by the Merchant, and our usual delivery times in your territory are as follows:

We undertake to deliver your purchases to you within a reasonable time, subject to the availability of carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for delivering the products or services purchased.
The risk of loss and the right of ownership of the purchased goods or services are transferred to you at the time they are delivered to the carrier or, if the merchandise crosses an international border, this risk is transferred to you after customs clearance.
In-store pickup of an online purchase must be made during normal business hours.
In this case, the risk of loss and the right of ownership of the purchased good are transferred to you at the time you take possession of it in the store.
Cancellation, Exchange, Termination, Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy You can cancel the order of a product that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the issue that prompts you to cancel the order with our customer service and obtain prior consent to cancel the order.
You can exchange a product that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform the Merchant of the issue affecting your product and obtain authorization for an exchange. Subsequently, if required by the Merchant, you must ship the product to their address to obtain an exchange.
You can request a refund for a product that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the issue affecting your product within forty-eight hours of receiving it from our customer service and obtain authorization for a refund. Subsequently, if required by the Merchant, you must ship the product to the distributor's address to obtain a refund.
Subject to other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, your request (for a refund) (exchange) (exchange/refund) must reach us no later than 7 days after the date of purchase.
We do not cover return costs.
In all cases where a return of goods is required by the Merchant, ownership of a returned product is transferred to them only when it is received at their physical place of business.
Warranty Limitation SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, THE MERCHANT EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE. IT ALSO EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE CONTENT, ELEMENTS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE), OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON THE SITE OR THROUGH THEM, AS WELL AS ON ITS SERVERS AND IN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
Limitation of Liability THE MERCHANT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS ON IT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, THE USE OF DATA, OR OTHER
